As Hilliary Communication’s Customer Service Manager, Lisa Miller Beerley oversees the hiring and training of new CSR’s. She is involved in public relations, customer support, query reports, dispatch support and more for Hilliary Communications.
Lisa manages operations of the Hilliary office, maintains an open line of communication with the company accountant, and implements training to increase the level of service to customers while communicating effectively with the warehouse personnel. Within six months of her employment, Lisa helped recover unbilled funds for the company in excess of $50K.
Lisa also has extensive experience in construction offices, administrative assistance, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, human resources and all other office related duties. In addition, Lisa spent years working in the dental field and loves to mentor and help others excel in that field.
Prior to Hilliary, one of Lisa’s most significant accomplishments was managing an office at a construction company. Her skills helped to take a small welding company from a manual operation to a computerized entity, eventually expanding to five larger LLC companies. In addition, many of these companies were government contracted.
Outside of work, Lisa is passionate about animals and animal welfare. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to live music, and attending concerts.
